The whole figure is weighted really well and looks solid and functional.
Not to be picky (but you did ask for critique), but the gun lets the whole thing down. I know how hard his gun is to get right, and although it could be that you weren't really that bothered about getting it right (which I doubt, because every other detail is perfect!), but he looks like he's holding a telescope! I think if you make that stand out a bit more, you would kill it.
I certainly mean no offense, because I think it's a great job all round.
Congratulations.

Why, in the age of the spellcheck, is spelling a loste art?
Oh man, there is not one picture of him that is the same. Even in the show he changes sizes details all the time. The main reference I used was a drawing from a piece of promotional art and he didn't have wheels at all! But I agree and thats an easy fix. Thanks for the comment.
Well, the show was made in the 80s, so you can hardly trust it.
I suppose one should aim for the wheels to look appropriate when in truck mode, but am I right in assuming this model isn't geared for the transformation?
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More

The detail on the legs is great.
